PCC Issued from Dubai on Fingertips
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is legal proof of an individual good conduct. The PCC is applicable for the individual who is currently residing in the UAE or former UAE resident.
What is the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)?
The Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), is also known as the “Good Conduct Certificate” is legal proof of the individual's criminal record in which he/she resides. In the UAE, the certificate is issued by the specialist police office or department in UAE. This certificate indicates that the individual doesn't have any criminal records or was not involved in any criminal proceeding.
How to apply for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)?
The PCC can be issued for the applicants who are presently residing in the UAE, or those who are no longer a resident of UAE. You can visit our Chennai office ( No: B 1, "Prince Manor" 114, Purasawalkam High Road, Chennai - 600010) and submit the required documents, then the rest is up to us. You must have to submit the fee with the required documents.
Note: In case of not clearance of PCC issued from Dubai, the fee submit to us is not refundable.
Documents required for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
- A valid Emirates ID card
- A letter from the beneficiary stating that he/she does not have any pending criminal convictions
- A recent passport-size photograph
- A copy of the applicant’s passport
Former UAE residents
In case you are a former UAE resident, then you need to get your fingerprint card from the native country and the card must be attested by the UAE Embassy from there. A fingerprint card is a legal report of the applicant, that verified that the individual is genuinely based on his biometrics and demical fingerprint. After that, the individual has to submit his/her documents to our office for further process of PCC issued from Dubai.
Documents required for former UAE residents:
- Fingerprint card approved by the UAE Embassy
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- A copy of your valid passport
- A copy of your last UAE visa
- The reason for the application
